REFLECTION
Today I learned that okra is not my favorite food. It easily turns slimy so that is something to watch for. The Tomato and Haricot Vert Salad had a wonderful dressing to pair with it. The Remoulade sauce for the fried fish is also a sauce I would use again. It complemented it very nicely. I also loved the Crawdad Etouffee the flavor of this dish was deep and complex. It's also good with a little spice added
