REFLECTION
This menu was very different than any we have had before. We used a lot of Asian ingredients due to the Asian influence in these areas. This is also the first time i have had raw tuna which was great but after we tried it raw, we grilled the marinated tuna and it made all the difference. The spam musubi was so much harder to do than it looks. This was one of my first times working with sushi rice and its very hard to work with, hey turned out great though the spam was seared and the sauce that went with it was packed full of flavor.
