Today our menu took a trip to India. Because we didn't have class week nine we fit two menus into todays class. India is all about putting spices into every dish possible. The mushroom rice had plenty of spices and flavor. Note: recipe calls for right amount of liquid. The pineapple smoothie could have been thinned a little but the flavor was there. Instead of four cups of pineapple juice I added an entire pineapple along with coconut water to help it thin out.
