Very good fish and shrimp today. I thought you did a good job fileting the fish and prepping the shrimp. The flavors were good on both.
PERSONAL OBSERVATIONS
I really enjoyed the flavors from all of the dishes this week. I took of the fish and the shrimp dishes which were both pretty simple but such a flavor pay off in the end. The snapper was moist and flaky and served with a delicious sauce that had a bite. The shrimp was perfectly cooked and also had a wonderful sauce that paired with it.
