REFLECTION
This week was a very tasty week. One this I would go back and correct is the sauce. I would have liked to reduce it more and make it thicker. We spiral cut the potatoes but in the end it didn't matter because we quartered them anyways. The crab cakes turned out very nicely with a nice crunch on the outside. Flavors were big and this is definitely one of my favorite weeks.
