Personal Observations
The fried spring rolls were so easy to make and probably one of my all time favorite recipes in asian cuisine. The dip that went with it (not pictured) was perfectly sour from the limes but hot from the red peppers. There are so many different flavors and texture going on and it really is something that can be altered to your liking which makes this recipe a keeper.
