PERSONAL OBSERVATIONS
This weeks menu was by far my favorite. The flavors were very foreign but nothing was too scary to try. When making the dan dan mian noodles its important to toss the noodles in a small amount of oil otherwise they will stick together and become one big noodle glob. There was no garnish for this dish so i julienned some green onion and sauteed it in the pan fond.
