PERSONAL OBSERVATIONS
The emerald shrimp gets its name from the kale paste that is made and marinated in. Because of the shortage of time the shrimp didn't get to marinate long enough which resulted in a loss of color. None the less they turned out very delicious. Also, the jellyfish was gross. (not pictured)
