This week for me was the most "put together". I really tried to keep things simple with each dish as i usually tend to want to put too many items into one dish. Keeping things simple really made the dishes feel minimal in a very good way which allowed all the different ingredients to shine on their own but work cohesively to create a complete dish. I really liked all of my dishes and they all turned out tasty with little to no critiques from Chef Josh. This was a good thing.
