This week we covered Marcus Samuelson. Instead of Chef josh giving us a menu to create, we were given a list of ingredients and we were left to create dishes that were inspired by Chef Samuelson. Heres what i came up with.

Personal Observations
The zucchini fritters turned out so tasty. They were crunchy on the outside and cheesy with blue cheese in the middle. The acid from the lemon was absolutely need and a perfect addition. the dill sauce also helped it lighten up.
The Spaghetti with shrimp fritters was a take on Marcus Samuelson's Pho-laffel with shrimp. The pasta had the typical ingredients of a falafel and with the shrimp fritters on the side. This dish was mediocre and could have used something more to bring everything together
